Child Safety Standards
nouvelle vague intelligence (the “Operator”) does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form on the seesun service, and publishes the following standards to prevent it.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on seesun and are acted on immediately upon discovery:
- Posting, sharing, soliciting, or storing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any content that sexualizes or sexually depicts minors
- Grooming, sexually exploitative contact, or extortion targeting minors
- Any other conduct that sexually abuses or exploits children
seesun is not directed at children under 14, and content sharing is limited to friends a user has explicitly accepted.
2. In-app reporting
Users can report child-safety concerns from within the app:
- Tap REPORT on the detail view of any frame shared by a friend to report that content.
- Reports can also be sent anytime by email to yoon7k3@gmail.com.
The Operator reviews reports without delay; child-safety reports are handled with the highest priority.
3. Enforcement
- Immediate removal of violating content and permanent suspension of the accounts involved
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to law enforcement and relevant authorities as required by applicable law
- Cooperation with lawful requests from law enforcement
4. Legal compliance
The Operator complies with applicable child safety laws, including the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses (Republic of Korea), and reports child sexual abuse material to regional and national authorities when it becomes aware of it.
